Harley SwiftDeer Reagan: A Healer in the making

Harley SwiftDeer Reagan is a triple threat. He is a healer, teacher, and a martial artist. He has a love and passion for education, having an extensive background in philosophy, religion, psychology, martial arts, and ancient mystery school traditions. With his education, Harley SwiftDeer Reagan spends his time teaching children and making a positive impact in their lives.

Over time, Harley has made a connection and studied with numerous teachers known as "Twisted Hairs." They are medicine women and men who come from many tribes throughout North, South and Central America, and have studied and metaphorically weave and synthesize "braids of truth."

In 1992, Harley SwiftDeer Reagan was proudly seated and sealed as a Twisted Hairs Elder on the Tribal Council. His Elder's Name is known as Thunder Strikes. Harley's main responsibility was to educate people on ways they can start over and introduce sobriety into their lives while living a succesful, positive lifestyle.

Before Harley SwiftDeer Reagan took a seat onto the Tribal Council, he founded the Deer Tribe Metis Medicine Society in 1986. His responsibility was to gather, translate, and teach the Wheels and Keys of the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path. Reagan wanted to fight against slavery, ignorance, racism, war, disease, and many other subjects that continue to affect the world today.
