For many years the residents of Downtown Dallas have been quite upset because they live in a city where landmarks continued getting torn down, only to become a business that didn't benefit them. But Braden Power put a halt to the tearing down of those apartments and landmarks, by refurbishing and transforming them into a new place where Dallas residents could call home.
Braden Power, created a business titled Power Properites with his brother Craig. Their mission was to fix the buildings that had significance to most, into residential communities.
Thanks to Craig and his brother Braden Power, young professionals now have a place to rest their heads.
